COVID-19 4/17/2020 Update:

Due to concerns regarding the COVID-19 situation, we are open Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00am – 12:00pm with a limited number of people in the building.

We are currently taking emergency appointments only. We will keep you updated as our schedule changes to accommodate more patients in our schedule. Thank you for your patience.

Examples of an urgent eye problem are: a sudden or significant change in vision, a red or painful eye, ocular foreign body: please call Dr. Gates on her cell phone at 541-297-0235. Please include your name, DOB, and phone #.

Examples of an urgent vision problem would be that you lost or broke your glasses, can’t see out of your glasses for other reasons, or need contacts ordered (we can mail them free of charge to you). Please leave a message on our office phone at 541-267-4224; please don’t forget your name, DOB, and phone #! Messages are checked daily; we will respond at our next opportunity.
